Australian steel detailers' handbook

The purpose of this handbook is to provide sufficient information for a trainee structural steel detailer to learn the fundamentals of how to detail most members and connections in a simple steel-framed building.

The text includes a general section on computer aided drafting but is basically written from the viewpoint of traditional manual drafting. Some engineering fundamentals are included to help in understanding the procedures.
