Inductabend specialises in hight integrity induction bending of steel sections.
Induction bending is capable of producing tighter radius bends with less distortion than traditional cold rolling.
We are capable of bending CHS up to 900NB and all sizes of RHS, SHS, UB (hard way), UC (hard way) & PFC (hard way).
Induction bending results in no residual stress in the section post forming and can be utilised for high grade (eg. Grade 450) bends.
Where required bends can be qualified to verify their mechanical properties are in accordance with industry standards (AS1163 etc.)
