The ASI was officially recognised as the number one organisational fundraiser for the Dry July campaign for people with cancer at an awards ceremony last month.
The ASI raised $27,653 on behalf of the steel industry, with Ahrens Group Dry July’s third-highest workplace team fund raiser nationally with $10,976.
Industry Cladding and Roofing director Grant Wright was the ASI’s biggest individual fund raiser with $2757, with ASI chief executive Mark Cain second with $2,407 and ASI marketing consultant David Mawby third with $1583.
