Melbourne hosts global WorldSkills event

ASI Vic state manager Sulfi Soeleiman was a special guest at the opening and closing ceremonies of the WorldSkills 2024 Global Skills Challenge held in Melbourne from 23rd – 26th May.

ASI sponsored the welding and construction metal work categories. The challenge was an opportunity for Sulfi to meet with head of brand at WorldSkills Australia Jacki Kuan and explore further opportunities for the ASI to promote and encourage steel skills and careers.

ASI’s partnership agreement with WorldSkills includes this year’s 47th WorldSkills International Competition in Lyon, France.
