Practitioners should continue working in accordance with the current National Construction Code (NCC), with no decision made about NCC 2025, the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) has confirmed.
Responding to inquiries about when a preview version of the update will be released, the ABCB said no decision has been made about the content, publication or commencement of any future edition.
“Practitioners should continue working in accordance with the NCC version, and adoption timeline, currently in place in the jurisdiction relevant to their work. “We will provide another update when more information is available,” it said.
